ADVANCED SELF DEFENSE THREE Offense:hold knife in right hand, palm down, twist body to the right hiding the knife from view, slide in slash from right to left, slide in and slash upward from left to right; Defense:slide back on both attacks and front kick (chudan mae geri) opponent’s stomach; Offense:right foot step in, slash from right to left across opponent's rib cage; Defense:slide back to avoid attack; Offense:twist body to the left, covering both hands from opponent's view, switch knife from right hand to left hand, right open hand inside out strike (shuto uchi uchi) to opponent's face; Defense:duck to avoid strike; Offense:slash from left to right across opponent's stomach; Defense:block slash with high area double palm heel block (jodan morote shotei uke), grab opponent's right wrist with both hands facing each other and pull opponent forward to your left, then jerk opponent backward twisting wrist so that knife points away from you and sweep opponent's left foot with your right foot, left forefist punch to opponent's face (seiken tsuki).
