PINAN V (Peace and Harmony) 1) come to the ready (yoi), bring right foot into left then back out into parallel stance (heiko dachi), cross arms with right hand in front, open hands in front of throat and bring hands down to sides while closing fists; 2) look left, turn 90° left foot slide out into back leaning stance (kokutsu dachi), left middle area inside out block (chudan uchi uke), right forefist middle area reverse punch (seiken chudan gyaku tsuki); 3) extend left fist upside down to meet right fist, pivot 90° to right, bring left foot up to right foot into open toe stance (musubi dachi), set fists under right arm with left fist on top; 4) look right, turn 90° right foot slide out into back leaning stance (kokutsu dachi), right middle area inside out block (chudan uchi uke), left forefist middle area reverse punch (seiken chudan gyaku tsuki); 5) extend right fist upside down to meet left fist, pivot 90° to left, bring right foot up to left foot into open toe stance (musubi dachi), set fists under left arm with right fist on top; 6) right foot slide forward into front leaning stance (zenkutsu dachi), augmented right forearm block (soete kote uke); 7) left foot slide forward into front leaning stance (zenkutsu dachi), low area cross arm block (gedan juji uke) with right arm on top and fists closed, 8) high area knife hand cross arm block (jodan shuto juji uke) with right arm on top; 9) rotate hands clockwise so as to twist opponent's arm, pull right hand back, left open hand push block, right foot slide forward into front leaning stance (zenkutsu dachi), right forefist middle area lunge punch (seiken chudan oi tsuki); 10) look around over left shoulder, lift right foot and sweep, pivoting 180°, come down into horse stance (kiba dachi), right low area block (gedan barai); 11) look left, left middle area inside out knife hand block (shuto chudan uchi uke); 12) right outside in crescent kick (soto mawashi geri) striking left palm, right roundhouse elbow strike (hiji mawashi ate) striking left palm, right foot step down slide left foot behind right foot into hook stance (kake dachi), right inverted fist strike to side (soete uraken sayu uchi) augmented by left fist at right forearm, (Kiai); 13) look up, right forefist rising strike (soete seiken age uchi) augmented by left fist at right forearm; 14) look over left shoulder, turn 180° left foot slide forward into one foot forward stance (moro ashi dachi) rise up bringing weight to balls of feet; 15) jump forward turning 45° to left coming down into deep hook stance (kake dachi) with left foot behind right foot and back straight, low area cross arm block (gedan juji uke) with right arm on top and fists closed, (Kiai); 16) right foot slide 45° into front leaning stance (zenkutsu dachi), augmented right forearm power block (soete kote uke); 17) look over left shoulder, left foot slide back behind right foot, turn 225°, left low area knife hand block (gedan shuto uke) set right hand behind right ear, pivot into front leaning stance (zenkutsu dachi) with left foot forward, right low area spear hand thrust (gedan nukite) set left hand by right ear; 18) pivot into horse stance (kiba dachi), close right hand bringing it violently back and up as if crushing and pulling opponent's groin / left low area block (gedan barai); 19) left foot slide in into open toe stance (musubi dachi); 20) look right, right foot slide out 45° into front leaning stance (zenkutsu dachi), right low area knife hand block (gedan shuto uke) set left hand behind left ear, left low area spear hand thrust (gedan nukite) set right hand by left ear; 21) pivot into horse stance (kiba dachi), close left hand bringing it violently back and up as if crushing and pulling opponent's groin / right low area block (gedan barai); 22) back to the beginning (norei), bring right foot back across left foot into parallel stance (heiko dachi), cross arms with right hand in front, open hands in front of throat and bring hands down to sides while closing fists, turn head 45° to face forward.
